Palouse River Premium Beef, LLC (“PRP Beef”) recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers, and as a result, PRP Beef has established this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information PRP Beef collects from and about you when you visit our website, palouseriverbeef.com (the “Site”). The Site is hereafter referred to as the “Platform.” This Privacy Policy also explains how PRP Beef may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of your information.
SUMMARY
Information Collection. PRP Beef may collect personal information including your name, address, email address, telephone or mobile number, username and password, geolocation information, and, if you make a purchase on the Platform, your payment information, as well as non-personal information about your use of the Platform.

PRP Beef may use the information it collects from and about you for purposes including to provide you with Platform services, provide you with targeted offers and advertising on our site, other sites you may visit, and through other channels such as email, postal mail, or text message, and contact you when necessary.

Information You Provide to PRP Beef
PRP Beef collects information from you when you choose to provide it to PRP Beef. This may include when you use PRP Beef’s Platform, create an account on the Platform, make a purchase, request information from PRP Beef, sign up for newsletters or PRP Beef’s email lists, complete online forms, participate in surveys, or otherwise contact PRP Beef.
The personal information PRP Beef collects may include your name, address, zip code, email address, telephone or mobile number, username and password, and geolocation information. If you make a purchase on the Platform, PRP Beef may collect the financial information such as credit/debit card, billing address, and other similar information used to process payments. You may be required to provide certain personal information to access or use certain portions of the Platform. PRP Beef may also collect personal information you provide PRP Beef about others, such as when you purchase a gift card for someone else.
You may also be required to provide certain personal information to create your PRP BEEF account. If you use a third-party login to create your PRP Beef account (such as Facebook Connect) or otherwise link to PRP Beef, PRP Beef may receive certain information about you from the third party (such as a social network) based on your registration and privacy settings on those third-party services.
Information PRP Beef Automatically Collects
PRP Beef may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or other technologies to automatically collect certain information when you use PRP Beef’s Platform. For example, PRP Beef may automatically collect certain non-personal information from you such as your browser type, operating system, software version, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, phone model, phone operating system, and carrier information.
PRP Beef also may collect information about your use of the Platform including the date and time you access the Platform, the areas or pages of the Platform that you visit, the amount of time you spend using the Platform, the number of times you return, broad demographic information, whether you open, forward or click-through emails and ads, and other Platform usage data.

Information Collected From Other Sources
PRP Beef may obtain information about you from other sources, including social networks that you use to connect with PRP Beef or other PRP Beef customers such as when they purchase a gift card for you. This information may include name, username, demographic information, updated address or contact information, interests, and publicly-observed data, such as from social media and online activity. PRP Beef may combine this information with the information PRP Beef collects from and about you to help PRP Beef tailor its communications to you and to improve PRP Beef’s Platform.
INFORMATION USE
PRP Beef may use the information it collects from and about you for any of the following purposes:
1. To respond to your inquiries or requests, process and fill customer orders, verify your qualifications for certain products and services, process payments and prevent transactional fraud, provide delivery and other notifications, and contact and communicate with you;
2. To develop new products or services and to conduct analysis to enhance current products and services;
3. To provide you with customized Platform content, targeted offers, and advertising on the Platform, on other third-party sites or apps you may visit, or via email;

How to Limit PRP Beef’s Use of Certain Information
Users of PRP Beef’s Platform are given the opportunity to “opt out” of having their information used for purposes not directly related to placement, processing, fulfillment or delivery of a product order at the point where PRP Beef asks for the information. If you prefer to “opt out” and not have PRP Beef send you material PRP Beef may determine of interest to you, such as product information, product samples, and promotional mailings/e-mails from PRP Beef and the Platform, then you can notify PRP Beef by email to PRPB.LLC@gmail.com.
If you have a catalog, brochure, or other mailing label from PRP Beef, please include it with your request, otherwise just include your mailing address and your e-mail address.
Your instructions to limit the use of your information will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable. In addition, you may “opt out” by accessing and updating your information in the “Your Account” area on the Platform.
INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
PRP Beef may disclose the information it collects from and about you as follows: (1) to PRP Beef’s Service Providers, if the disclosure will enable them to perform a business, professional or technical support function for PRP Beef, including to the extent necessary or desirable to fulfill or ship your order or complete your transaction; (2) to PRP Beef’s select partners, affiliates, and other third parties that PRP Beef believes may have offers of interest to you; (3) as necessary if PRP Beef believes that there has been a violation of the PRP Beef Platform Terms of Use, Customer Agreement, or of PRP Beef’s rights or the rights of any third party; (4) to respond to judicial process or provide information to law enforcement or regulatory agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (5) as otherwise described to you at the point of collection.
Further, PRP Beef may share aggregate or anonymous non-personal information with third parties for their marketing or analytics uses.
PRP Beef may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of its business. If another entity acquires PRP Beef or any of its assets, information PRP Beef has collected about you may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against PRP Beef, such information may be considered an asset of PRP Beef and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, PRP Beef will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use personal information provided through this Platform in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
SERVICE PROVIDERS

Protecting children’s privacy is important to PRP Beef. PRP Beef does not direct the Platform to, nor does PRP Beef knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of eighteen.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To update your account and payment information stored by PRP Beef, you may sign in to “Your Account” on the Platform and update your personal information. In addition, if any of your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire to use PRP Beef’s service, PRP Beef can correct, update, or remove the personal information provided to it. This can be done by sending an e-mail with your new information to PRPB.LLC@gmail.com, and specifying the information to be corrected, updated, or removed. Please do not send credit or debit card information by email.

If you have found a weak spot in one of PRP Beef’s systems, PRP Beef would like to hear about this from you directly so the necessary measures can be taken as quickly as possible to enhance system security. In order to enhance system security responsibly, PRP Beef kindly asks for your help with the following.

• Provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem, so PRP Beef can address it as quickly as possible. The IP address or the URL of the system affected and a description of the findings are usually sufficient, but more information may be needed for more complex findings.
• Include your contact details so PFP Beef can contact you.
• Report your findings as quickly as possible after discovery.
• Do not share any information about the findings with any other party than designated associates at PRP Beef.
• Do not perform any acts other than those that are necessary to reveal the findings.
PRP BEEF EXPECTS YOU NOT TO:
• Install malware.
• Copy, change or delete data in a system (an alternative to this is to make a directory listing of a system).
• Make changes to a system.
• Repeatedly access the system or share access with anyone other than designated persons at PRP Beef.
• Use so-called “brute force” to access systems.
• Use denial-of-service or social engineering.
• Perform any action that might potentially disrupt PRP Beef’s systems.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
• PRP Beef does not share your personal details with third parties without your permission, unless required by law.
• Your name will be mentioned in connection with the findings only after mutual consultation.
• PRP Beef will send you a confirmation of receipt as soon as reasonably possible.
