How to Cook:  We recommend thawing frozen ground beef in the fridge for a couple days prior to forming. For optimum results, use well chilled ground beef when creating the desired shape.
PRPB Burger Tips: For hamburgers, our grind is best enjoyed pan fried or grilled — with only a touch of salt or nothing at all to not interfere with the natural flavor. We encourage you to try your patty without a bun or condiments. Make the burger the star of your entrée!
