Description: The Rancher’s Choice 10-lb package contains an assortment of sub primal cuts and grind of PRPB Wagyu beef hand-picked by Richard, founder of Palouse River Beef. He is a stickler for quality and has spent years perfecting the taste of the family’s products.

Sub Primal Steak Cuts: 2-3 lbs
Includes one or more of the following: top sirloin, sirloin tip, tritip, zabuton, bavette, teres major, hanging tender, coulotte, flat iron, skirt steak, chuck eye, chuck clod, flank, chuck roll steak, or carne asada. Perfect for the grill or searing

Sub Primal Braising / London Broil Cuts: 2-3 lbs
Includes one or more of the following:  brisket, shanks, short ribs, flank steak, top round steak, top blade steak (also known as a flat iron), bottom sirloin steaks (i.e. sirloin bavette/flap steak, and many others). These cuts are best braised or barbequed in a smoker.

Ground Beef: 5 lbs
Includes both  fine and medium texture grinds

Order is packaged in an insulated, zippered reusable custom tote bag.
